Is my site definitely hacked?
Not always. Many scares turn out to be something else. I'll check and tell you plainly.
Will my site be offline while you work?
I aim to keep it up while I work, and I'll tell you first if it needs to go down briefly.
Will you tell me how they got in?
Yes, as far as it can be determined. Knowing the cause is the only way to stop it happening again.
